......Dusty rose

On my most recent thrifting excursion, one of my finds was this lovely crochet cutout-sleeve rose colored sweater.

I love the color and detailing, and of course, the fact that it is an over sized sweater :) Hehe.

Strawberries and bagels with vegan cream cheese and chocolate hazelnut spread.

So very yummy.

.....Lazy saturday

Today I had a relaxing day of sleeping in, making chocolate chip pancakes, then napping with my cats, reading my latest 2 issues of W magazine, and lounging about lazily until I got out of bed and made some vegan shrimp and cocktail sauce for lunch. Ahhh, so nice. That is until my closing shift at work tonight....Sigh.

Oh, I should also mention, I woke up to a winter wonderland with ice sickles outside my window.
And after this month of spring like weather I have to get back into winter mode.
I always like how the snow makes everything so bright!

.....Valentine's day

Well, I had such high hopes for today! 

It's my favorite, and I had fun stuff like making cute desserts planned....

But that all went out the window when I woke up this morning, even after I saw my wonderful gifts waiting for me on my laptop. (can you say amazing chocolate?) 

Because.....I have had the worst sore throat all day, and even during the night. I guess I'm sick. :(

It's completely ruined my lovely once a year day....But I still dressed up in my valentine's day outfit and went out to Forever21 for the sale they had going on and have been watching a Korean drama with my cousin Lina over the phone :) 

 Which definitely brightened my day.

I hope everyone's V day was lovely and fun. :)

......Cat dress

Today I wore my vintage cat dress from, this post.

I loved it when I saw it and I'm so glad I bought it.

 I already named the cats in the print after my own kitties.    ^_^

.....Breakfast this morning

Coconut milk vanilla yogurt.

Fresh strawberries and blueberries.

Granola with flax, nuts, dried cranberries, and lots of other goodies.

This weekend I had my friend Haley over so I could take her senior pictures for her, so we headed out to the desert by my house in the 60dgree weather in the middle of winter.

Also I am wearing my mom's sweater her bf bought her in the 80's :)

And this is my kitty Sweetie saying hello again.

.....Sandwich's and the 20's

Today has been a good food day.

For breakfast I had chocolate chip pancakes with soy whipped cream and strawberries, and then for lunch I just made this yummy tofu burger sandwich with Miso Mayo and mustard. Omg it was sooo good.

I love being vegan.

Today my outfit verges on the fancy side with this 1920's reminiscent dress. 

I wore my hair pinned up to look like a bob cut and wore thigh high back-seamed hosiery and these vintage black buckle gloves.
