.....Polaroid fun

For those of you who know about the down loadable Polaroid for your desktop, where you can turn any of your already existing photos into "Polaroids" it's quite addicting isn't it?  I just did a few of my pictures today I thought I'd post, so I can keep up a habit of posting every day.

I was looking through some photos I took of my cousin last year, it reminded me so much of summer and what fun we had. I thought I'd post a few of my faves.

.....The valentine box continued

So Lauren painted a design on what we thought to be the top of the box, but it turns out it was the bottom (oops) well we turned it right side up and I hot glued some silk flowers on it and then she did a little drawing as a finishing touch,

The table was full of red and pink boxes, with over the top decorations and candy sticking out of all ends, but I think ours was the best. (hehehehe) Inside and out. It was a long night because our box was auctioned off third to last. *Yawn* It sold for 42$ so I beat my last few years and it was near the goal price I was aiming for :) I hope you all had a lovely Valentine's day!

......Valentine's day box

So my church has an annual Valentine's day box auction to raise money for various things, and I make a box and fill it with vegan goodies every year and this year I had my friend Lauren over to help. These are a few pictures of the fun we had (and ate!) I usually get about 30$ for my box, but this year I am aiming higher! Possibly 50? I hope so, now that I have joined forces.

My new obsession is stripes. And when I saw this shirt at JCpenny's, I kind of flipped. 

(I also got this purple over sized sweater for 7$)

......Shadow trees

Today I drew inspiration again from my new favorite color palette. I find myself very drawn to clean light colors combined subtly with red, red lips mostly. Also I love my new riding style boots from Target I got for only 19.95$. : ) I'm new to this whole outfit posting, not sure if it's my thing yet. Well if I keep it up must practice my posing and find better backdrops....(Also, I still cannot get my pictures to look the size I want on my actual blog page, I must still be doing something wrong) *Sigh*

.....Inspiration

I came across this fun video on my amazing cousin Lina's blog the other day, and fell in love with her wardrobe! This is the first outfit of many that will take inspiration from that color palette.
