....Fort making

Yesterday was quite eventful, me and Lina decided to have a crafting day. We started out by decorating some totes that had previous "distractions" on them. :) They now have pockets.
Lina's is the one with the birds on it, and mine has two sides.(I wanted to draw a mustache)
And then we made a fort! And we wore "where the wild things are" crowns that Lina made :)

And then we went to The House of Prime Rib for my uncles birthday.
(and being vegan all I had was two pina coladas)

......Day 5

Today on my fifth day of visiting Lina we went to Anthropologie and Urban Outfitters. I got a book of grafting paper at Anthropologie for only 95 cents and then two pairs of jeans, a shirt, gray nail polish, and a bowl and plate at UO.
For lunch we went to a Mediterranean food place and I shared the vegetable kabobs
and hummus/dolmahs/tabbouleh/babaganoush plate, with my aunt. Lina got feta filo pockets.
We also went to a book sale where I got The Count of Monte Cristo  for 50 cents. : )

.....San Fransisco

So I arrived in Cali yesterday at my cousin Lina's collage for her last day before Spring break, we sat outside on a bench between her classes and took photos while some guys played football. Then we had lunch at her awesome campus food center where they have like every food under the sun, I had sushi :) We ate Lychee Asian gummie candy and then sat in her giant library to watch the rain outside.
Today we went to San Fransisco to eat at an amazing vegan/vegetarian restaurant and go thrifting. I ate soooooooo much I felt like I had food quadruplets! We didn't have the best luck while thrifting, but she did get a game of "how to host a murder" and a book, I got a tote bag to sew things onto and a black vintage blouse that I got for 1.47$ (I think the tag actually said 11.47$ but I wasn't about to correct her!)

Day Two. San Fransisco.

These last two pictures are from Lina.

......Hangin with the guys

So this weekend was fun, I saw some friends I hardly ever see and that is always nice.
And now I'm off to Cali to visit my amazingly awesome cousin Lina for a week!
Oh, also I got my laptop fixed so now it's running smoothly, fast ,and virus free.
So overall, good weekend.

....Free as a bird

I went thrifting the other day and found this amazing gauzy skirt and I only paid 80 cents for it, yes seriously.
This is without a doubt my new favorite skirt, it's super comfy, lightweight, and fun.
So I went romping around in my yard to take pictures of it, I didn't quite capture it the way I wanted, but that is what I get for taking the photos in my backyard. Haha.
Also I'm wearing my "where the wild things are" Urban Outfitters top.
Heidi again :)
